Barn Hop #44

Welcome Homesteaders! I have a couple of BIG announcements today! It's been really hard to keep my lips sealed all week long, but the moment has arrived. (Oh, except for the one bit of news I'm saving until next week!)

First, I would like you to join me in congratulating Megan at A Blossoming Homestead who is expecting her first child! JOY!!!

Okay, so perhaps you already knew that if you read her blog. If not, you'll want to hop on over to her homestead blog and leave her a little note. Wouldn't it be grand to encourage her with a one line prayer from each of us? Let's do it!

After much prayer and deliberation, Megan has decided to step down as a hostess of the barn hop. And who can blame her? She's entering one of the most thrilling, exciting, and busy times of her life. She has bigger fish to fry right now! And with our blessing, we all concurred that she made the right decision. We wish you the very best, Megan! So glad you still be only a "click" away! (Those of you who are just starting your family will want to bookmark her blog. I foresee a lot of great posts!).

So, that left us with an opening, which I'm please to announce has been filled by one amazing homesteading lady! I hope you'll also join me in welcoming our newest Homestead Barn Hop Hostess...

Kelly Morris @ The Morris Tribe!

Woo hoo!! Welcome aboard, Kelly! We're so glad to have you.

Be sure to stop by her homestead this week as well. You'll be mighty impressed! But before you go, please share with us something exciting from your own homestead!

Join The Barn Hop!
and Amy @ Homestead Revival...

...invite you to link up and share your homesteading adventures!

1. Write a blog post about what's going on at your homestead or a post on something you're learning or an item of interest that will benefit the homesteading community. Be sure to add the red barn button and link back here so others can join in the fun.

2. Come back here and enter your information in the Linky. Please be sure to link to your actual post (click your title and then copy the URL above) and not your home page so those participating later in the week can find your post easily.

3. If you don't have a blog, leave a comment and tell us what's going on at your homestead!

Please Note: As hostesses of the Homestead Barn Hop, please understand that we reserve the right to remove any links that are not family friendly. While this may be subjective, we will err on the side of caution in order to keep our blogs appropriate for all readers. Thank you for your understanding!
