Give Away: Anderson Family Farms Goat Milk Products

IThe minute I heard about Anderson Family Farms and their products, I knew I'd found a real treat! Rick and Kimberlee Anderson of Ellensburg, Washington turned their solution to their son's milk allergy into a family business over the course of 13 years. When Rick gave his wife a couple of Kinder goats as a birthday gift, their journey into raw milk brought healing and blessings to their family as they discovered a rural lifestyle, homemade cheeses, goat milk lattes, soaps, and eventually, an entire line of products.

I love beautiful things that are useful, and their line of goat milk products is no exception! Attention to details is a hallmark of the Anderson family, right down to the ingredients they use to create luxurious goat milk items. Nothing chemically; just pure and natural. Oh, and did I mention beautifully packaged? (Guess I did.)

Girls, you really need to try the Goat Milk Salt Scrub. Working hard on a homestead can create some rough looking, dry hands. But oh, my! The salt scrub was like a spa treatment! My hands felt divine afterward! So smooth and silky... then a follow up with the Goat Milk Lotion... ahhhhhh...

I'm going to have to treat myself to this stuff a lot more often!

I loved that the Goat Milk Lotion was loaded with additional goodies like aloe vera, jojoba oil, olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil, and vitamin E... it's got everything going for it. (I'm really looking forward to using it this winter when the climate is really dry around here!) I put some on my legs before church last week and I kept getting a pleasant whiff of vanilla bean all throughout the day - not over powering, but just a light fragrance. Such a treat!!

The Anderson family is kindly offering a give-away of 4 different products to 4 different readers. One winner will be selected for each product...

• Goat Milk Lotion
• Goat Milk Salt Scrub
• Goat Milk Lotion Bar, Pure
• Goat Milk Soap

  28. Wow! This is fabulous, we thought the Fresh Air sounded just like what we need here at Redimere Farm lol! We moved from a 1/4 subdivision lot in Nashville to 50 acres in rural Minnesota less than a year ago and jumped into the deep end of farming. The girls and I sure could use a little "pick me up" from the Anderson's after a hard day of pulling weeds, chasing chickens and moving cattle. Thanks for a fabulous link yet again Amy! Blessings, Daphne Minkin

  62. Amy,
Thanks for sharing the Anderson Family Farm website. Many years ago, I did a lot of research and made my own homemade organic bath and body products. It was tough to find a stable, local source so I gave up. The ingredients that the Andersons use are many of the same things I used and they are among the best for both quality and result. I have followed, subscribed, and bookmarked them. I plan to use their products from now on. Oh, and I am going to go get their Vanilla Bean body butter, the Rose Geranium goat milk lotion, and the "Pure" Goat Milk Lotion Bar for post gardening hand therapy. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  63. What a neat site and business. Out of all their products I think I like the lip balm the best, which I am a self admitted lip balm addict so that is not a surprise, the mint flavor sounds yummy.

Out of the products listed for the giveaway though I think I would like the goats milk salt scrub in lavender. Lavender is just so soothing.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I absolutely love all things natural and homemade. The lotion with vanilla bean sounds divine, especially right now since I am pregnant and strong smells seem to make me heave.

I've looked at their website before, and just love everything about it. Have a wonderful day!

    ReplyDelete
  65. I like their Bergamot soap. I think Bergamot is undervalued. I tried to find them on Facebook but I wasn't sure if it was Anderson Farms? I 'liked' it anyway.

  68. How fun! We *almost* stopped and visited the Andersons on our way through their area on the recommendation of some mutual friends. But, our leave time was delayed and we were unable to stop and visit ; ( Our girls have emailed some though, which they've enjoyed.

They have a beautiful website and great products! I would love to try the mocha soap bar because my husband loves coffee and I'm a cocoa girl ; ) The bergamot scents sound very interesting too in any product.
