Give Away: True Christian Motherhood

Ever think you could use some inspiration for motherhood? Mrs. June Fuentes thought so, too! As a mother of 8, she has written a lovely eBook, True Christian Motherhood, to encourage mothers and future mothers of the 21st century in their parenting journey.

Each of the 26 chapters is a short inspirational message to guide you along the way and give you a boost when you need a reminder that the work of motherhood is a god-given blessing in raising the next generation.

I wouldn't call True Christian Motherhood a "how to" book on parenting, but rather a selection of vignettes to energize and galvanize the reader. Filled with scriptures and loving admonishments, Mrs. Fuentes writes in a style that is reminiscent of a gentler, more graceful era. At the end of each chapter, you'll find challenge questions that can be used for personal journaling, a group setting, or thoughts to ponder with a friend over coffee or tea.

  3. Sweet Autumn Blessings to you.
I'd like to receive this great give away because I'm a Wife, Momma, Mother-in-Law and a Granny. I enjoy being in these relationships....but would welcome what Mrs. Fuentes is sharing in her book to help me along the way.....always learning. The Bible tells us older women to be a teacher toward the younger women. I'm the older woman now.

    Warmest regards to you,

  10. Hi -
this book would be an encouragement to myself, purely from a support view. It feels lonely sometimes being a mother who is looking to direct her children down the narrow path. I would like to see this book explain how to get through this 21st century!

  16. I would love to have some encouragement!! Except for blogs like yours, I don't have anyone here to encourage me to go back to simpler ways of life and live for the Lord. Most everybody I know is caught up in worldly stuff and lives for themselves, and it is so discouraging. Sometimes I feel like I'm flying blind raising up my children to be more focused on the Lord. mamabear2four (at) att (dot) net

  17. The book looks lovely, as does Mrs. Fuentes' blog. Thank you for the link. I am a young mom and a pastor's wife--we've moved several times and are away from family and close friends. I would love the "Titus 2" encouragement. :)

p.s. I recently stumbled upon your blog as well. I really enjoyed reading your "Dear Daughter" letters, the one regarding our appearance was very encouraging and motivating. I'm looking forward to reading some of the other things you've written. ;)

I am gearing you to be able to focus FULL FORCE of being a wife, mother, doula, blogger and most of all daughter of God. Not that I'm not already all these - but I am excited to be able to devote ALL of me.

  29. I feel it is always important to encourage the work of mothers who are able to choose to stay at home and to encourage them to continue in their righteous endeavors to bless their families. A mother's work is so very important and all moms deserve appreciation and the credit for doing wonderful things within their own homes. chicchaos (at) gmail (dot) com
